Henry Stone

Goldfields Involvement, 1854
Henry Frederick Stone was born in 1836. A well known figure in colonial Victoria, Henry Stone lived through several key events in Victoria's history. He arrived in Melbourne at the time of the gold rush and was in Ballarat at the time of the Eureka Stockade.[1]
He died in 1900.[2]
Post 1854 Experiences
Stone owned dairy farms around Essendon and Footscray and later was known for his philanthropy around the Yarraville area.[3]
