Henry Garrett

Background
Born in Leicestershire, England, in 1818, Henry Garrett (AKA Henry Rouse) was one of four men who held up the Bank of Victoria in Sturt St, Ballarat on 16 October 1854. Garrett had to London, but Scotland Yard detectives arrested him 10 days later. [1]
