Allan Fox was a participant in the Eureka Stockade Battle.[1]
- Mr Allan Fox, who died in Hay last week,just on the close of his 88th year, was one of the men who took part in the Eureka stockade rising in Ballarat (Vic.)[2]

Obituary
- OLD HAY IDENTITY DEAD. - Allan Fox, who came to Hay nearly half a century ago, was found dead in his room on Tuesday. He was 88 years of age and was in the Eureka Stockade fight in Ballarat where he was a successful miner. He kept the Bushman's Home Hotel in Hay for a number of years. [4]
