Bridget Nolan was born at Monivea, County Galway, Ireland. She sailed to Australia on the Mangerton with her brother Michael Nolan.[1] Bridget Nolan married Thomas Hynes in Ballarat two months before the Eureka Stockade battle. [2] Bridget Hynes was at the Stockade after the battle and saves some of the wounded.
