Matthew Orr was arrested after the Eureka Stockade but was released due to lack of evidence.[1]

FUNERAL NOTICE. - The friends of Mr MATTHEW ORR are respectfully invited to follow the remains of his late son John to the place of interment, the Ballarat Cemetery, the funeral being appointed to leave his residence, White Flat, on Thursday, 16th instant, at three o'clock precisely.
