- SYDNEY, Thursday.-Archibald William Stout, resorted to be 106 years old, died at Maclean on the north coast yesterday. Mr. Stout, who was a bachelor, came to Australia from Scotland with his parents in the late 1830s. He was engaged in mining in his early days, and was present at the Eureka Stockade.[1]
